Training is facilitated by Lauren Hutchings, Yoga Teacher, Certified Traumatologist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, and founder of the teachings of Liberate: A Method To Somatic Freedom.

The training is divided into six separate modules.
Each module includes 15 hours of in-class experiential and didactic coursework, totalling 90 hours. Additionally, hard copies of the course content will be provided for each module to make up a take-home training manual for future reference.
Material will not be printed for online offerings.
Modules Awareness, Voice, Body & Connection are not required to be completed in sequential order. However, the completion of the above 4 Modules is necessary to be considered for Modules Direction & Truth, which also must be completed in sequence.
Upon completion of each module, candidates will receive a signed certificate of completion.
