Privacy Policy for the LH Somatic Meta Advertising Integration

This policy explains how LH Somatic Counselling Ltd. handles information when using its private Meta advertising integration (the “Integration”). The Integration is used only to manage and measure advertising for Meta assets owned or authorized by LH Somatic Counselling Ltd. It is not offered as a public consumer application.
Information the Integration processes
The Integration may process:
- Meta business, system-user, Page, Instagram, ad-account, campaign, ad-set, ad and creative identifiers;
- permissions and authorization metadata;
- campaign settings, budgets, schedules, delivery status and creative metadata;
- advertising performance information and aggregated insights supplied by Meta;
- API request logs, timestamps and error messages; and
- access tokens and related credentials required to authenticate with Meta.
The Integration is not designed to access private messages, personal contacts, private profile content, payment-card information or individual counselling records. It does not intentionally collect sensitive health information through the Meta Marketing API.
How information is used
Information is used to:
- create, review, manage and measure owner-authorized Meta advertising;
- monitor campaign delivery and spending;
- prepare internal performance reports;
- diagnose technical or authorization problems;
- maintain security and audit records; and
- comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
How information is shared
LH Somatic Counselling Ltd. does not sell information processed by the Integration.
Information may be handled by Meta and by authorized infrastructure, automation and AI/model service providers used to operate the Integration, including Hermes Agent and configured OpenAI services. These providers are used only as needed to perform owner-directed operations, maintain the Integration or provide technical support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
Storage and security
Credentials are stored in an owner-controlled credential or environment store and are not intentionally placed in public content, ordinary chat messages or advertising copy. Access is restricted to authorized operators and service components. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Integration, maintain business and audit records, resolve disputes and meet legal or platform obligations. Access tokens are replaced or deleted when revoked, expired or no longer required. Aggregated campaign reports and audit records may be retained for legitimate business-record purposes.
Data deletion and access requests
To request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with the Integration, contact LH Somatic Counselling Ltd. through:

Include “Meta App Data Request” in the message and enough information to identify the relevant request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment information or health information. Requests will be reviewed and completed subject to identity verification and any legal or legitimate record-retention requirements.
Meta users may also remove an app or business integration through their Meta account settings. Removing access may prevent future collection but may not automatically delete records that must be retained for security, legal or audit purposes.
Children
The Integration is intended for business advertising administration and is not directed to children.
International processing
Authorized service providers may process information outside Canada. Where this occurs, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the Integration, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
