survival of the nurtured
Is it possible to feel close to your world? Can you wake up through circumstance be it labelled hopeless or heightened? Can you open to what you are most resisting and allow space for the grieving? Is it possible to belong to love once again?
Human connection is the greatest predictor of resilience. Resilience may be ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐๐ by your bloodline but is more importantly ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ by your chosen level of ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ. Ironically, the respect and acknowledgment gained through interaction enhances the sense of our own potential, strengthens the inner locus of control, and gives us the right amount of courage to ๐๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ฐ๐๐ฒ. Regardless of our upbringing, the choice is always there, ready and waiting. We no longer have to simply survive, we have the right to thrive.
Here, our practiced confidence has the potential to defeat the depression of self-trust and connection to our world, gifting us the perception of viewing difficulties as an opportunity for deeper connection.

Take some time to reflect, are you merely surviving or are you thriving on your level of vulnerability? To what degree are you giving yourself permission to be truly seen?
